What if I need to modify my order?

Contact us within 12 hours and we will try to make the corrections. We have warehouses in multiple locations and your order is sometimes received at multiple locations. If 12 hours have passed but the items have not yet shipped we may be able to still help you.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your item has already shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. You will have to get in touch with them and request a change in delivery destination.

Can I get same day delivery?

We currently do not offer same day shipping.

What if I haven't received my order yet?

If more than 10 business days have passed since you’ve placed your oder, get in touch with our support team. Please provide your order number, tracking and email address used to place order.

What if you do not accept my form of payment?

Create an account with us and add the items you wish to order to a wish list. Contact support and we will assist you further to provide a form of payment you are able to use.

You accept my form of payment but it's not working?

Please clear your browser history and cookies. If it still doesn’t work please get in touch with support.

What if I want to return an item from my order?

We offer a 14 Day money back Return Policy (clearance or final sale are exchange only, no money back), starting from the day order is delivered until we day received back at our warehouse.

Any returns must be in their original packaging and unaltered.

All Scarves, Hijabs, and head gear are final sale for hygienic purposes.

Kaftans, Gowns, and Embroidery products are exchange only for a different size.

What if my product was received damaged?

If your order was damaged in route to delivery please get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will start an investigation with the carrier. You may return the product after getting in touch with support and receiving a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

All Scarves, Hijabs, and head gear are final sale for hygienic purposes.

Kaftans, Gowns, and Embroidery products are exchange only for a different size.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders must be canceled before they are shipped and you must get in touch with support within 12 hours to ensure we have not prepare order for shipment.
